Founded in 2002, Heritage Overseas has grown into a leading manufacturer and exporter of handmade rugs from India — a name that resonates with quality, craftsmanship, and creativity. With over two decades of experience, we have mastered the art of blending traditional hand-weaving techniques with modern design sensibilities and processing efficiency.
Our strength lies in our people — the skilled artisans driven by an unwavering dedication to perfection, our design team that stays in sync with global trends, and our robust and efficient production setup ensures precision, consistency, and timely delivery. Every rug we create is a result of seamless collaboration and a shared vision.
We share a bond with our customers that has stood the test of time — built on trust, loyalty, openness, and strengthened through exemplary service. We believe in long-term partnerships. Our commitment to sustainable craftsmanship, quality assurance, and ethical production defines who we are and what we stand for.

Move forward, Give back.

Quality First — Always

Passion inspires creativity

We do what we commit.
Together – wisdom, knowledge, creativity, and ease of working form the pillars of Heritage Overseas.
We see ourselves as partners – flexible, dependable, and deeply committed to bringing our client’s visions to life.
At Heritage Overseas, our dedication extends beyond creating exceptional products; we are deeply invested in fostering a positive impact on our people, communities, and the environment. The fundamentals that were laid down by our Founding Father, late Sh. Rajpal Jaglan, we continue on his legacy of ‘giving back.’ Rooted in values of integrity, respect, and sustainability, our Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives reflect our commitment to social welfare, and environmental stewardship.
We recognise our responsibility to protect the planet for future generations. Through dedicated tree plantation drives, we have planted over 1,000 trees, helping enhance green cover while combating air pollution and soil degradation. Other than our own tree plantation initiative, we regularly provide financial support to the District NGO Mission Green Flying Club. In association with the District administration, this NGO planted 70,000 trees all over the city in 2025.
A major part of our energy consumption is supported by renewable solar power, with our facility generating 125 KW of electricity, fulfilling 60% of our total energy needs and significantly reducing our carbon footprint.
We emphasise the use of locally sourced, natural yarns with minimal dyeing to ensure that the rug bio-degrades and becomes a useful component of soil once it completes its life cycle. Additionally, we strictly adhere to all applicable environmental laws and regulations, ensuring that our processes remain ethical, compliant, and environmentally conscious.
Our workforce is our greatest asset. We believe people give their best when they feel safe, are supported and respected. We are committed to providing them with a safe, healthy, ethical, and growth-oriented environment.
We conduct regular fire safety, PPE, and machine equipment handling training sessions. Through strong EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) programs, we promote well-being and maintain a workplace free from abuse and harassment.
We also adhere to fair and transparent employment practices—providing fair wages, PF, ESIC, bonuses, and all statutory benefits under the Factories Act, with salaries credited directly to employees’ bank accounts.
We have created more job opportunities for women and ensure their safety, dignity, and growth within the workplace.
We are committed to supporting and empowering women across our workforce. They now feel confident in working in sectors beyond the traditional ones of yarn opening and product finishing. Through specialised hand-tufting, braiding, and knitting training programs, we help women artisans develop valuable craft skills and achieve financial independence. To ensure their safety, we provide transport facilities for a secure and reliable commute. Additionally, our Internal Complaint Committee actively ensures a safe and respectful environment by addressing any concerns or misconduct promptly and fairly.
We believe in giving back to the community that supports us. Our initiatives extend beyond our workplace to positively impact the community.
“One field trip is worth a thousand lectures.” We stimulate the curiosity of the future generation by organising school visits to our facility. This not only provides hands-on learning, exposing them to career options but also provides practical, real-world experiences and creates social awareness. We also support child welfare through Care & Fair and CRY.
Heritage Overseas is a member of the Jan Saarthi Foundation since 2017. Mr. Jitender Ahlawat is the Society Chairman and actively participate in various drives undertaken by the NGO. We actively conduct blood donation camps to encourage wellness and social responsibility. Capt. Jaglan is an avid blood donor and has been donating blood for the last 18 years.
Our contributions also include donations to the Missionaries of Charity, Divya School for Children with Special Needs, and animal shelters that care for stray animals. We also contribute to the Prime Minister’s Relief Fund and Military Veterans Welfare initiative.
